from neuroleptics to cat collars: the eugenics of sterilization

article,originally published in 2016, has
become ungrammatical and erratically fagocitant ideological rhetoric by illegal access, occurring even just now, as the cursor has been placed in the middle of the post and a mysterious reference to -gagosian- art gallery appeared after I typed - fagocitant- instead, no thanks to 1B, who is - killing me this way- as its inhabitants. say, to show me who.s boss tweed around here.
Original article follows:

Hartz, UltraGuard Plus flea collars. The Hartz Mountain Corporation, 400 Plaza Drive, Secaucus,NJ 07094
EPA Reg. No. 2596-139 EPA Est. No. 2596-OH-1 RM113337

The collar is a chemical alternative to the stainless steel inner lined prongs paraded by me in dog collars  in specific  areas, between Northern Boulevard and Steinway by playgrounds, in Manhattan, by 4th avenue, and on 43rd street, between 34th and 35th avenues in Astoria, Queens, a private, confederate soldier project through cnn and cbs to justify torture through a willingness to die felt by abused animals, and then extent it to human being through juridical.

the collar goes to the root of the problem, the cat itself, and blocks the production of acetylcholine, an enzyme and  an aminoacid,  which slows down its synaptic nerves, working also with the heart and breathing, muscles  and gland production  regulating sweating, salivary, mammary, ceruminous, lacrimal, sebaceous and mucous activity, giving you a drier and hotter cat that can.t digest cereals, blocks   milk, eliminates ear wax as to give mites a good grip on the inside pavilion, dehydrates and ultimately is a first step toward spaying or neutering.

The sale of phosphate, endemic in food at supermarkets as far as 2018, for both cats and humans , is illegal.

This conclusion was reached by a Commission in 1969 at the request of the National Academy of Sciences and the National Research Council, sponsored by:

The U.S. Atomic Energy Commission,
The U.S. Department of Interior,
The National Science Foundation,
The Office of Naval Research,
and The U.S. Department of the Navy.

It resulted in the publication of

Eutrophication: Causes, Consequences, Correctives. The National Academy of Sciences.1969

and thanks to:
Congressional Report HR 92-918,  March 15,1972

ReVelle and ReVelle in 1988 which prohibited the sale of phosphates ANYWHERE, and in ANYTHING in the States of  Connecticut, Florida, Indiana, Maine, Michigan, and New York.

The collar, whether a dupe or actual manufacture, was found on sale at Target, possibly to fit the needs of a local cat at the time.I did not buy it.

yard ferals 7.23.16

encroaching vines in back yard:

9.10.2018 update due to illegal altering of post

area- block deserving historical preservation in Astoria, borough of Queens, New York City, 11101 area.

original post, corrected. Illegal access detailed back yard as - in the wild-:

in the back yard there are some encroaching vines, a flowerless, fruitless squash variation that is depleting the earth and can harm feral local cats, kittens if sick and immobile or can.t move, and make it very difficult for a cat to reach the ground. from local ferals.
why not add a little water or milk to dry cat food for kittens since they can.t bite yet into the bits, which is the deep dark secret manufacturers don.t tell you when they list the food as proper nutrition for adult cats and the little dreamer kittens without mittens in the summertime because they.re smart...
